Neftex® Insights delivers detailed evaluation of the sequence stratigraphy, geological history and petroleum geology of West Eurasia, a region
containing some of the most important areas for future hydrocarbon exploration.
Our interpretations cover both onshore and offshore western Russia, including the Volga-Ural and West Siberian basins, as well as the Russian
and Norwegian Barents seas; both areas that have been subject to increasing exploration activity throughout 2015.
We have identified and interpreted extensive subsurface datasets in both the onshore West Siberian Basin and the Norwegian Barents Sea within
the framework of our unique third order sequence stratigraphic Earth Model to develop our geological evaluation in data sparse areas of the
region, such as the Kara Sea and Eastern Barents Sea. Our use of a consistent sequence stratigraphic approach is the key to integrating disparate
datasets and developing a systematic understanding of the stratigraphy, structure and ultimately the petroleum potential across this vast
region.
