The Neftex Regional Frameworks Module delivers unique, regional, 3D, isochronous depth grids for key stratigraphic surfaces.

Constrained by a wide variety of structured, consistent depth data, Neftex Regional Frameworks provide a robust base to which proprietary data can be dynamically added, facilitating essential play analysis on a regional scale.

Data Available

Each Regional Framework is bound above by a Digital Elevation Model and below by an underlying Depth to Basement surface. Between these surfaces a minimum of four additional isochronous depth surfaces are constrained by a wide array of data, including seismic lines, isopach and depth structure maps, cross sections, well data and gravity/magnetic surveys.

Neftex Regional Frameworks are provided with the data used to constrain them. This is in the form of geospatially located interpretations of the published data, in addition to bibliographic references to the original material. This is reinforced by a series of annotations from our geoscientists, which contain geological and functional supporting information.

Data Delivery

Neftex Regional Frameworks are licensed by Earth Model region and delivered digitally in formats compatible with Landmark’s DecisionSpace® and other industry standard software.

For DecisionSpace® users the product will be supplied as an ‘interpretation project’ ready to be restored to database instance. For non DecisionSpace® users the product can be supplied as any ASCII grid data type or a shapefile of all data used with full bibliographic attribution.
