Chafaa Badis is the Lead Data Scientist for E&P industry in Eurasia, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa Region at Halliburton Landmark.

He has created innovative AI solutions based on machine learning, computer vision, NLP and deep learning techniques for drilling optimization, predictive maintenance, and borehole data management automation.

Mr. Badis has an engineer’s degree in Computer Science & Artificial intelligence from the University of Science and Technology – Houari Boumediene in Algiers and a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence & Data science from the University of Toulouse (France).
