Genbao Shi, Ph.D. is the technical advisor and software architect at Halliburton Landmark responsible for property modelling, especially its science and computation engine in DecisionSpace®. He recently researched and implemented gridless property modeling for geostatistical velocity modeling and distributed geostatistics algorithms for TensorCloud. Genbao has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Louisiana State University and certifications from MIT, Stanford, and Andrew Ng at Coursera in Geostatistics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
