Dave Williams is director of Customer Support for Landmark. Currently, he is overseeing a fundamental transformation in how Landmark delivers technical support to its global customer base, leveraging knowledge-centered support methodology and developing new support channels, such as self-service and online user communities. Williams has been with Landmark for over 20 years and has held numerous management and director positions in training and application services as well as geosciences, information management and infrastructure software development.
Before joining Landmark, Williams was a geophysicist with Amoco in New Orleans. He holds a master’s degree in geophysics from Penn State University and earned his bachelor's degree in geology/geophysics from Boston College.
