Zainub Noor is the Senior Product Manager for integrated reservoir management solutions for Landmark. Her expertise includes integrated asset modeling, dynamic simulation and reservoir digital twins. She is also the global focal point for reservoir solutions working on asset optimization projects across the globe and in parallel working on co-innovation projects with clients to accelerate the pace of innovation.
Ms. Noor’s primary responsibility includes definition, design and implementation of integrated reservoir management solutions to provide optimal field development and to tackle complex asset challenges from a technical and economic perspective. Her focus lies in the integration of reservoir management to production and; therefore, working with R&D teams to develop dynamically coupled software, where reservoir engineers and production engineers can combine reservoir centric and well centric results for more accurate reservoir modeling.
Ms. Noor has authored and presented technical papers and presentations for multiple conferences and platforms such as SPE, ATCE, OTC, and ADIPEC. She has led technical workshops for operators across all regions. Similarly, she is also leading the effort to form alliances with national and international universities to collaborate on technology.
Ms. Noor holds degrees in chemical engineering and science from Western University, Canada, and she is pursuing her graduate studies at Texas A&M University. She has also completed various courses in reservoir simulation and data analytics from Stanford and MIT, and business leadership courses from Texas A&M Business School. She is an active committee member of Society of Petroleum Engineers forums and the Project Management Institute, contributing to the oil and gas engineering society and mentoring new engineers.
Ms. Noor is also recognized as the 100 Global Elite in the 2018 Petroleum Economist Global Energy report, representing Halliburton.
