Thijs Rademaker is Senior Director of Customer Experience for Landmark. He is responsible for formulating and implementing the vision and strategy for the marketing and customer success teams. Prior to this role, he was Senior Director of Global Sales and Operations for Landmark.
Mr. Rademaker began his career with Halliburton in 1997 as a Field Engineer in Aberdeen, Scotland. He has led teams from numerous business disciplines, including engineering, management, sales and marketing, and operations. His extensive global experience stems from his leadership roles in the Europe/Africa, Middle East/North Africa and North America regions including Region General Manager of North America, Global Human Asset Manager, where he led Landmark’s global efforts for the development and execution of talent management strategies and activities, and Region General Manager of Middle East and North Africa.
Mr. Rademaker holds a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. He is a 2010 graduate of Halliburton’s President’s Leadership Excellence Program, Halliburton’s year-long leadership development curriculum.
