Thijs Rademaker is director of Global Sales and Operations for Landmark. He is responsible for chartering the course and furthering Landmark’s market leadership position. Rademaker is a 2010 graduate of Halliburton’s President’s Leadership Excellence Program, Halliburton’s year-long leadership development curriculum.
For the past 18 years, Rademaker has had a distinguished career at Halliburton Landmark in leading teams from numerous business disciplines, including engineering, management, sales and marketing, and operations. Most recently, he was Landmark’s region general manager of North America, including the United States and Canada, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, as Landmark’s global human asset manager, he led Landmark’s global efforts for the development and execution of talent management strategies and activities. His extensive global experience stems from his leadership roles as a region general manager, region services manager or a country manager while located in Norway, Western Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Before joining Halliburton as a field engineer in 1997 in Aberdeen, Scotland, Rademaker was a well-site petroleum engineer at Shell and a drilling services engineer at Schlumberger.
Rademaker holds a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
