Scot Evans

Vice President, Consulting Integrated Asset Management for Halliburton

Scot Evans is Vice President of the Consulting and Integrated Asset Management sub-product service lines within Halliburton Consulting and Project Management. Previously he served as Vice President of Business Development for Consulting and Project Management.

Mr. Evans began his career in 1983 as a Production Geologist for a major oil company, and joined Halliburton in 1994. His 33 years of experience include production geoscience, reservoir engineering, and development of industry standards in field development planning, methodologies and technologies. He has 26 years of experience in unconventional and naturally fractured reservoirs, beginning with the Monterey Shale in California. Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts in geology from Bucknell University, and a Master of Science in geology from the University Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, a trustee of the American Geosciences Institute, and has published several technical papers in SPE and other industry journals.
